These training sessions focus on building body strength that aids in various arm balances, balancing postures, and difficult yoga/ dance/ and martial arts sequencing.
If you are a beginner, this is a fantastic way for you to learn what muscles to engage in various poses and how to do so in a safe way that helps you grow in your personal practice. There are NO prerequisites for these sessions. Come as you are and we will build from there.
