4-Week Wellness Program

The four week wellness program is ideal for individuals with preexisting conditions, chronic ailments, injuries that have already begun their healing process. It focuses in on specific and targeted goals that the individual has to aid in the healing process.

The overall goal with this program is to help you identify what is holding you back from feeling your best and implementing lifestyle changes, dietary changes/ supplements, healing beverages, and movement practices to maximize the efficiency of your healing process and enable you to bring yourself back into balance without the assistance of pharmaceutical drugs and western medicine.

This program includes, but is not limited to:

  • 4 in-person, in-home sessions with katy ranging from 1-2 hours/ session

  • Morning and Evening Healing Ritual Development

  • Balancing Herb and Spice Charts According to Your Elemental Constitution

  • Handcrafted Potions and Potion Recipes to Expediate Healing and Sustain Optimal Health

  • Guides on Ailment Specific Rituals, Recipes, and Movement Practices (to do when you feel symptoms coming on)

  • 12-15 Recipes Personalized to Your Unique Needs

  • 15- 30 Minute Personalized Movement Practice to Help You Target Your Physical Healing Goals

8-Week Wellness Program

The eight week wellness program is ideal for individuals who haven’t spent much time or haven’t had the opportunity to put time into their personal health before. We are able to take a deep dive into your personal health and figure out how you want to feel and where there might be health-related imbalances in your life that need to be worked through. From there, we will create targeted goals for you to work towards that will optimize your health.

This program is for individuals that really want to see a change in their health and just don’t know where to start. I will be there every step of the way to hold your hand through the things that come up as you develop the best version of yourself.

This program includes, but is not limited to:

  • 8 in-person, in-home sessions with Katy ranging from 1-2 hours/ session

  • Access to purchasing lists on where to get high quality food products and herbal supplements
