I’m here to support you and your lifestyle goals through healthy meal creation.

I prepare healthy, delicious breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and/or snacks for you to eat throughout the week.
I cook whatever you want and need, which means what you say goes!
If you are following a diet plan and want me to prep meals according to the diet- I can do that.
If you want family-style dinners you can pull out of the fridge and simply heat up, I can do that as well.
If you want individually portioned lunches and dinners for you and your partner 3 nights a week I’ll take care of it.
I will work with you to develop a menu and meal prep plan that fits your current lifestyle and then take care of it all from your very own kitchen.

Menus developed and sent to you for approval a few days before I come prep based off of a carefully designed food survey I have you fill out.
Grocery lists made ahead of time so you can tell me what you already have on-hand so you don’t end up with a bunch of extra food products taking up space.
Labeled, garnished, well-balanced meals in your fridge labeled with the date and heating/ preparation instructions in your fridge.
A clean and clear kitchen after I am done preparing your food.

Example: I need 5 family-style dinners made each week and 2 days work of snacks for my kids.
After that, I will get back to you and we will set up a phone call to make it happen!
